Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order total. Many orders qualify for free or reduced-cost shipping.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
We cannot predict or control customs fees. Most small-order K-beauty shipments (under $150 USD) clear customs without issue in most countries, but this is not guaranteed.
If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of the shipping date, please contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
DewRitual is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather events, carrier issues, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you've made an error, contact us within 24 hours at hello@dewritual.store and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Packages returned due to an incorrect address will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
