Return Eligibility
We want you to love every product you receive from DewRitual. If you're not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Return request made within 30 days of delivery date
- Product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (for preference-based returns)
- Product was purchased directly through DewRitual (not through a third-party retailer)
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items can be returned regardless of usage
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@dewritual.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow:
- 5–7 business days for us to process after receiving the return
- 3–10 business days additional for your bank or card issuer to post the credit
You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
Want a different product instead of a refund? We're happy to arrange an exchange for items of equal or lesser value. Email us with your preference and we'll sort it out.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened skincare products returned for preference reasons (allergic reaction exceptions apply — see below)
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Gift cards or promotional items
Allergic Reactions
We take skin reactions seriously. If you experience an allergic reaction to a product, contact us immediately with your order number and a description of the reaction. We'll arrange a full refund even for opened products and will use the information to improve our product guidance.
